"Directional 1/4 turn" and "multi-turn" valve operational plates

Product Description

Just place the appropriate named plate onto the standard 2" polly valve operating nut and alert personnel to the proper direction and/or type of valve operation that may be required.  The large 5 1/2" diameter plate fits inside most valve boxes and the large 1/2" lettering is easily visible.

Choose either the "Multi-turn Plate" or the "Quarter-turn Plate" for proper valve operation.
